Gärdet
The festival tent stands on the open field at Cirkusplatsen. Follow the signs for Stockholm Oktoberfest and look for the large blue-and-white tent.
By public transport
Take bus 72 or 76 to Lindarängsvägen, directly beside the festival site. Red line 13 to Gärdet metro station is also an option; from there, walk towards the open field.

Bags and payment
- Bags are allowed inside the tent, but all bags are checked at the security checkpoint at the entrance
- Optional cloakroom: SEK 30 per item
- Major cards are accepted except American Express
ID and house rules
- Alcohol is only served to guests aged 18 or over
- Bring valid physical identification
- No outside food, drinks or animals
What to wear
Dirndls and lederhosen add to the atmosphere, but Bavarian clothing is never required. Outfits can be rented in the souvenir shop.
